The fee we charge you includes the website that we will build for you, shipping tracking software, training materials, all updates, on site training, administrative & technical support, pickup and delivery, and customer support.

If you need help building out your own Centex Store front location, the build out of your site can be orchestrated by CENTURIA GROUP via approved suppliers and is all-inclusive. This covers local contractor costs and everything you need to be a one-stop financial service center. We will do a story board design concept for you and CENTURIA GROUP will assist with the site selection and lease negotiation if required to do so.

In most States/Provinces, you will require a business license, and will be subject to local regulations. CENTURIA GROUP can assist you in this regard. You should have a minimum net worth of $250,000 with access to at least $100,000 to cover start up expenses, license fee, build out and funds needed to cash checks and funds to lend borrowers. We may be able to assist you with financing, by referring you to brokers who have arranged financing in the past for other individuals.
